Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) for Right of Way Permit & , BEEs

Procedure for Submitting Grievance:

  1. Lodge Complaint – Submit via the web form, phone, SMS, in person, or email.
  2. Acknowledgement – Receive a confirmation within 48 hours.
  3. Investigation – Case reviewed within 7–14 working days.
  4. Resolution – Written resolution or update provided within 30 days.
  5. Appeal – If you are unsatisfied, escalate your concern to the State Oversight Committee via the provided channels.
