Lodge Complaint

Acknowledgemen
t – Receive a confirmation within 48 hours.
Investigation
– Case reviewed within 7–14 working days.
Resolution
– Written resolution or update provided within 30 days.
Appeal
– If you are unsatisfied, escalate your concern to the State Oversight Committee via the provided channels.
